Of the three, cookies n' cream is the best. Chocolate and vanilla aren't too pleasing for the palate, but they are still easy to digest. ProStar Whey has only two grams of sugar and doesn't contain aspartame, which helps to avoid bloating and gas.
Texture - This protein mixes well with water, leaving no clumps or residue. The cookies n' cream does have little bits of cookie that doesn't fully mix, but it adds a nice texture to the drink. I would recommend mixing this with water in a shaker or blender for best results. Adding this to other protein recipes works well.
Value - ProStar Whey comes in a five or ten pound container. You can purchase the five pound container at around $45 for 75 servings. At sixty cents per serving, the product is priced less than most of its competitors. The only disadvantage is you only have the option to purchase a five pound container. If you happen to buy a flavor you don't care for, you are stuck with a huge container to get through. I would see if you can sample the product before you purchase it to ensure you get the flavor you like.
